Any person who will be on a boat must sign a copy of the Paddler Waiver form.

This includes paddlers, drummers, alternates and individual paddlers. Signed waivers should be collected by your team captain and must be turned in to the Teams Coordinator prior to your assigned practice day.

(Individual paddlers will turn in their forms as directed by the Teams Coordinator).
